● The MK8250T follow-type CNC crankshaft grinding machine is a large-scale CNC grinding equipment with a movable wheel head, independently designed and manufactured by our company. This machine series is applicable to batch and mass production of large crankshaft parts.

● The machine adopts the LYNUC special CNC system for crankshafts and digital AC servo drives. It realizes eccentric and cam grinding via four-axis three-linkage control, completing the machining of multiple outer contour surfaces in a single clamping process.

● The machine’s grinding wheel spindle system adopts an electric spindle direct-drive structure and is fitted with CBN grinding wheels, supporting a maximum grinding linear speed of 100 m/s for high-efficiency and high-precision machining.

● The wheelhead feed is driven by an AC servo linear motor and equipped with a grating scale to form full closed-loop control. The feed guideway adopts a linear rolling guideway, ensuring precise, stable and sensitive feed movement.

● Both the headstock and tailstock adopt servo electric spindles to drive dedicated floating fixtures. Controlled by the CNC system, the headstock and tailstock can achieve high-precision synchronous rotation.

● The machine tool is equipped with a Marposs MIDA probe to eliminate center hole errors and achieve accurate axial and phase angle positioning. A Marposs Fenar L swing gauge is configured to detect crankshaft dimensional accuracy and roundness, ensuring stable workpiece machining quality.

● Multiple types of diamond dressing devices are optional for wheel dressing, enabling precise dressing of complex wheel profiles as well as automatic dressing and automatic compensation functions.

● CNC or hydraulically driven auto-tracking center stands are optional for the machining of slender crankshaft parts.
