● This three-axis linkage CNC compound grinding machine can complete multiple grinding processes including internal grinding, external grinding, end face grinding and taper grinding in a single clamping cycle. It delivers high efficiency, high precision, as well as convenient and reliable operation.

● The wheelhead spindle adopts a high-rigidity rolling bearing spindle system, which features high rotational accuracy and superior load capacity. The maximum linear speed of the grinding wheel reaches 45 m/s.

● The X1, X2 and Z-axis feed mechanisms of the grinding wheel are fitted with heavy-duty linear guideways. In addition, the Z-axis feed system is equipped with a linear grating scale to ensure high-precision grinding feed movement.

● The headstock is driven by an AC servo motor through a synchronous belt, enabling stepless speed regulation for stable operation.

● The internal grinding attachment bracket is installed on the X2 cross-feed housing. Its built-in rolling bearing spindle runs at a speed of 10,000 RPM, and an electric spindle grinding head is available as an optional upgrade.

● Two sets of front and rear diamond dressers are configured to dress external and internal grinding wheels respectively. The machine supports automatic wheel dressing and automatic compensation functions.
